Cartlip Fashion - Wrong product delivered but no refund

i had ordered two sarees from cartlip fashion from their website- https://www.clothsnew.com/?v=c**ee*d*d*ed on **-**-**** by cod amounting to inr ****.
i received a product which is completely different from what i had ordered.the items in the package are in no way similar to the sarees i had ordered and bear no resemblance to the order. the images of the original items and the received items have been enclosed.
i complained to their email but have not received a reply. i believe that i have been cheated and wish to return the items and get a refund on my purchase.
the sellers have not given their contact no but have employed the use of xpressbee as their delivery agency. i hope to get my money back and would like to return the items wrongfully delivered.
