Sarees S shoppings - Wrong product delivered but no refund given

I saw this "sarees S' shoppings" reseller in Facebook that is saree with blouse (stritched work blouse) buy one at rs**** or buy * at rs****. So I ordered * sarees with blouse.So I put cod only.
My order delivered on September **th ****. That delivery boy gave only one saree and asked me for * sarees amount RS ****, i thought they will send remaining saree also. So gave him money and asked about return he said I came from meesho. But that saree also wrong one, which is not what I ordered. Just rs*** worth saree.
Then I contacted meesho. They did so much nonsense process one by one each time asking the same and did nothing. I co-operated with them throughout the process. But meesho people did dirty process , they gave credits instead of refund and that to for each order I can pay ** percent of order. So I have to spend more than rs**** for rs**** credits. Is it right thing they are doing, I don't think so. I asked them delivere my order correctly or allow me to pay total amount from credits to my new order. But they couldn't do that. If you guys could resolve the issue why are you taking the orders and deliver the dirty products. You are the responsible person because you only came to my house and collected amount from me.
