I am raising this complaint regarding my recent experience with Blinkit, where I received the wrong product for my order and am now being denied a refund due to their restrictive return policy.

Complaint Summary:
Despite the ordered product being marked as available, Blinkit delivered an entirely different product to me. On delivery, I realized the error, but since I had to catch a previously scheduled train for a business trip, I could not initiate a return immediately.When I contacted Blinkit customer care, they stated that I must physically return the incorrect product from the original delivery location to get my refund. However, due to my business commitments, I will not be able to return to that address for the next two months, and Blinkit’s policy only allows a **-hour window for returns and refunds. As a result, Blinkit has refused to refund my money, even though the mistake lies on their part—they delivered the wrong product and failed to check stock accuracy before dispatch.
Issues:
Product delivered was not what I ordered.Blinkit’s system showed out-of-stock items as available, resulting in a false transaction.Support is unwilling to arrange a remote pick-up or any flexible solution fitting my genuine situation.Rigid return policy unfairly penalizes customers even when the company is at fault.Refund has been wrongly denied despite me providing all necessary proof.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund for the wrongly delivered product. Direction to Blinkit to revise its customer-unfriendly return practices, especially in clear cases of their own error.
