Fraud company - Wrong product delivered and proves fradulent

its a fraud company, wrong product delivered and when i called for return the agent asked me card details and i have provided immediately my total balance got deducted , its afraud company and i filed FIR against them. i will sue them at any cost i will go till highcourt or supremecourt
