Bella boutique 85 - Wrong product delivered and now not returning it after promise

I ordered a Gharara set from the instagram page with title yaasmincollection** which they later on changed to bella_ _ boutique_ _** after I called them several times. I chose COD option and they delivered me very cheap quality different dress ,i.e lehnga instead of Gharara. I asked them to return it from the contact no given on the parcel, they assured me that they will do it but then they didn't do and stopped responding my phone calls and messages. I asked them abt return policy before shopping so they told me that it would be done but now they are not on their promise . The name of the person I spoke to was Jignesh (as told by him). Kindly take a strict action on these fraudsters and make sure they are unable to sell anymore. I would be highly obliged.
