Moglix online platform - Wrong Product Delivered and now not replacing the wrong product

I have placed an order with moglix Usha Calypso ****W ** Litre Stainless Steel Black Motorised Oven Toaster Griller, OTGW-**DRC with order id *******. It has delivered wrong product to me on */*/****.The product they have delivered to me is Usha ****W ** Litre Steel Wine & Matte Black Motorised Oven Toaster Griller, OTGW-****RC. I have made a replacement request to the company on */*/****. On making request they mentioned that there is * days replacement policy but they are considering my case as an exception and registered my replacement request. After they have asked me to share photos and video of the product delivered to me. After * days there replied to me regarding your concern, we have already spoken with Usha Company, and they do not manufacture the ****W model.There is a typographical error on our website, which led to the incorrect information being displayed. If you prefer, you can contact Usha customer care to confirm this directly. I have told that this product is available on Usha's Website and on other E commerce Platform. After that I have filed a compliant on INGRAM consumer helpline website of Government. There company has replied that customer has filed a replacement request at expiry of * days replacement policy. But on their website it has been mentioned there is * days replacement policy. On Invoice they have mentioned the product which I have ordered but delivered a wrong product and after that they are saying there is a typographical error on their website and on INGRAM they are taking different stand i.e I have made replacement request after * days. They have delivered wrong product to me which lower in price around Rs**** on their website and now there are not providing replacement to me. They are doing fraud with the customer by giving lower price product and then not replacing the product to the customer. please ask the Moglix to replace the product and pay damages to me.
