I have ordered a dress from this site of Rs. ****/- on *.**.**** on COD and received the package on **.**.****. When I checked the item, it is wrong item delivered with two cheaper quality dresses and now when I try reaching them the number is not reachable from long.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
