have ordered women footwear KIAN Size */** *********. on ** may **** whereas i received ** no (Company delivered wrong size). i requested to kindly exchange with size ** or refund. The pick up was done on * Jun ** but till now i haven't received any update. In spite of repeated follow up on mail and watsapp no response. Such a poor customer service is not expected from known brand. Neither they are sending the correct size nor refunding the amount. its almost * months.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
