Tkameez.com - Wrong product delivered

I ordered * t shirts, one medium and * large ones, a prepaid order. And I received * small size t shirt of different design and I emailed them at the email id provided on the website about it and attached all the photos of the order I placed as well as the product I received and they did not respond back. It's been * days and they have closed the return order option on their website citing covid-** but the deliveries aren't affected by the same, rather they are sending wrong useless product instead of the product ordered and not giving the option to return it as well. I bought these T shirts as a gift for someone and I had to suffer embarrassment because of this grave unprofessionalism from their side.
