I purchased a product - Indy Evo - Pure Mint from skullcandy.in on **th August ****. (Order Number - #******)
The product I received was a faulty one and so I returned the product.
I have raised multiple complaints as I was not receiving my product and it took ** days for Skullcandy to deliver my product back to me.
I raised multiple complaints in between inquiring about where is muy product.

I received my product yesterday - ** Sept ****. The product I received is not what I ordered. I received a mediocre product worth *,***/- INR. which was Skullcandy Indy Evo - True Black. The product seal was rigged and was like a second-hand product.
I have paid the company ****/- and even after ** days of my payment not received what I paid for.
I had to send you the faulty product that cost me ***/- INR. that is *.**% of what I purchased. It is costing me money because of the companies bad service. I still don't have what I ordered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
