Rangin silks - Wrong product delivered

I ordered a Silk saree from Rangin silks for Rs.**** but the product that was delivered was so cheap and of poor quality and it was not even worth a couple hundred bucks. When I tried reaching out to their customer care email ID, they did not respond back and after multiple chasers I got a response stating that they reviewed the complaint and they will not be refunding the money back. I still am chasing up with them regarding the same but they don’t respond to any of my emails.
