Arijit deb filed complaint against Brand Fete on Aug 26, 2019
I have ordered a USB adapter grinder from brand fete but I received a plastic juicer which is for Rs ***. The package didn't mention the amount of the product. I was not at home that time my mom ask the delivery boy to show her price he didn't show her he said he is just a delivery boy if we want to complain we need to talk to the company. Also, she has to receive that product. I try to contact them I send them mail but they didn't reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
