I ordered two items from Kapdemere.com website but I got the wrong products. Both the items that I ordered are different. One of the product was already opened from the side in the shape of a circle. The following are the details: "Order #***** was placed on July *, ****". I have also submitted the form for a refund on **th July around **:** pm. I would like to have the complete refund of the product with the free pickup of the products. I tried calling the customer service and have dropped mails also at their customer support. But there is no response. I am not able to attach the file. Incase attachment is required will share it via a different platform.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
