I was order for a saree .the company send me very low quality saree instead of original picture product shown on their official website . I received this item and because of wrong product delivered I initiate the procedure for return product. I had mail them within * hrs. But no reply. Then again forward mail on next day but again no reply. I received this product on *nd of July ****. And on same day I mail them . Again I mail them on very next day .no reply. Then I search their watsapp no and message them regarding above matter again no reply. Ph no given on bill receipt is always not available. I am very disappointed because of this. How they can cheat in this way. Ridiculous.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

We did not received the product what I had ordered and paid as well instead received very low grade product. They are involved in cheating people. Mobile no. mentioned in bill is getting switched off response.
