Zippkart.in - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered truly wireless earbuds from zippkart.in. I have received really bad quality earbuds. While buying they showed different earbuds with the specification. The product which I received is completely different from what was shown to me. They don't even have contact details on their website. They are not even replying to my mail.
