I have ordered a saree online from Banaras style from Facebook. They have delivered a wrong and duplicate saree. When I tried to return they are not responding. All the contact numbers are wrong and to emails are not responding. Like me, many complaints were seen on Facebook. We tried to comment on Facebook they are immediately deleting the comment. Every day they advertising and many other ladies are getting cheated. Dealhop private limited is providing distributing and courier services for the Banaras style company when I tried to contact them Dealhop people are also not responding. Kindly help to get the refund for many people.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
