Loom Muse - Wrong product delivered

I had ordered Royal Dynasty Art T Shirt *XL and received a confirmation mail from Loom Muse on **th May **** with Order No. LM*******. Package was delivered on **st May **** and I paid COD, but it is neither the same product which I had ordered nor the specific size. I immediately sent email to the company along with relevant pictures, but there has been no acknowledgement from their side. I want to return the product and get my full refund.
