I have ordered a saree worth of ****/- from design studio by Rakshita though Instagram , I saree which I ordered was Chiffon saree but I received cotton saree. I have been sending messages about the product from the day ( Apr **) I received, initially she responded saying she will refund and send some person for pick , but following week and till today I have been sending so many messages on WhatsApp and Instagram but no response. She was very rude when I mentioned about complaining …do whatever you want and I know what to do. Such behaviour is unacceptable , we are costumers. Hopefully you will be able to help me, thank you.
