Meesho Online Shopping App - Wrong product delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to lodge a complaint against Meesho regarding denial of return and refund for a wrong product delivered.

Details of the case:


- Order: Trendy Dupatta Set
- Order ID: ******************_*

I received a completely wrong product instead of the item I ordered. I uploaded clear images on the Meesho app showing the wrong product. After reviewing the images, the customer support agent initially accepted that the wrong product was delivered and approved a return request from their side.

However, during pickup, the delivery agent showed the image of the originally ordered product, which I never received, and rejected the pickup. When I contacted Meesho customer support again, they reversed their earlier position and claimed that the correct product was delivered, which directly contradicts their initial acknowledgment.

I have all supporting evidence, including:

- Images of the wrong product received
- Screenshots showing the return request approved for wrong product


Despite providing this evidence, Meesho has refused to process the return, causing financial loss and inconvenience.

I respectfully request the Consumer Helpline to kindly intervene and direct Meesho to:

*. Approve a Non-QC return request,
*. Arrange pickup of the wrong product, and
*. Issue a full refund for the order.

I am prepared to provide all supporting documents and screenshots if required.
