I had ordered a Sujata powermatic juicer mixer grinder on fliptwirl website on ** December **** and paid Rs **** by UPI. On ** January I was delighted a package outside lable was Sujata powermatic juicer mixer grinder. But when I opened the package inside lable was Murphy brand product. I immediately contacted their helpline number which said file complaint on website. I filed the complaint on info@fliptwirl.com. They replied send unboxing video. I sent that too. They said it was not unboxing video. After that no helpline number is answering. I sent a proper complaint for replacement. But not receiving any answer. I want proper product which I ordered please help
