Hyugalife - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered asitis *kg whey protein cookies and cream flavour. But I recieved a energy drink instead of the above protein. When I contacted the customer care of hyugalife they told me to mail the photos of the pack front, back, badge number and material inside the package. They told me that my problem will be resolved and the product will be returned back. But now they are telling me that why I have opened the product. But they have told me to take the photo of material inside. Now they are telling lie and it's a fraud. I want money back and resolution of the same. Please help regarding this.
