Cheeryblush co - Wrong product delivered

I ordered the Magic Hair Eraser from @cherryblush_co on Instagram, through their website. I received the product on **st May and it was nothing as shown in the images. I emailed the company as they have a * day refund policy clearly mentioned by them. I texted the company telling them I received the wrong product, they asked me to have patience and said that they are resolving the issue, but after that they left my messages on seen and I found another consumer who also got scammed, they wouldn't refund or replace her product either. This company is a scam. I need my money back. Please share this to large audience to spread awareness
