I was hoping that I will get the product repaired or replaced but I was wrong.
My product is Boat Nirvana Ivy Quartz Blue.This product is under warranty. My product have one earbud not charging so I have claim my product warranty online. Date was **/**/**** Bluedart courier company pick up my product to my location Gaya Bihar. After my product delivered to boat service center they send to me that the product warranty is rejected due to serial number mismatched So your warranty claim is rejected and your original product send to your address . So have contact to boat customer care on same day when I got the inspection report that the boat airdopes shown is not my product and I have delivered Boat Nirvana Ivy Quartz Blue colour.
I never expected this from your side like this.I talked to Bluedart courier team also he told me to contact boat support and will give the better resolution on this concern.
I'm eagerly waiting for your next reply please resolve my issue as soon as possible and update me soon.
