Prestige juicer - Wrong product delivered

Good morning sir.

The product I received is not the same I ordered. Also the brand name 'Prestige' is not available on the product. I am sending you the photos of the product I received. The order ID is WS******.
This one (see images) I received which is not matching with the juicer I ordered. So please cancel my order and refund my money. Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Also tell the procedure for return.

Please this is purely mis guiding the customer by providing wrong product. Need the replacement as soon as possible.
