Rashki - Wrong product delivered

Hi - I ordered a bag from Rashki website https://rashki.com on **rd January ****.
On *st February I received * medicine bottle instead of bag from Rashki and send email that order is delivered.
Order details:-
Rashki Order number *****
Details:- Aria Laptop Bag - Burgundy / Medium and * more
I raised compliant on *st February **** on the email id support@rashki.com mentioned in Rashki website. There is no reaponse for my compliant email.
Please raise fraud case against Rashki and provide refund

Rashki – Package not delivered Closed
I rejected the order but agent marked it delivered.. i asked him to change,he said he can do it from here,his manager will change from office ..but it is still marked as delivered.. Tracking I'd: ************* Ord...
