Dear Voxya Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Urban Jungly for their fraudulent practices and lack of customer service. I placed an order with them (Order ID: UJ-*****) for two jackets, but I received the wrong product—a single t-shirt of low quality. Despite several attempts to reach out via email for a refund or replacement, they have not responded.
The company appears to be systematically ignoring customer grievances, as their contact details are invalid, and there is no functional way to escalate the issue. This has caused me financial loss and significant inconvenience.
I request Voxya’s support in filing a complaint to ensure I receive a full refund and to hold Urban Jungly accountable for their actions. I am willing to pursue legal action if necessary.
