Meesho - wrong product delivered

i ordered an off white anarkali kurti from meesho but instead recieved a white dress - a completely different product. After multiple calls, the customer service assured me of a smooth pickup, the pickup was attempted twice and cancelled both times since the product didn't match the description - which was the sole reason of my return. More calls with customer service later, they blame me and how my return has failed the quality checks and thereby they cannot help me whereas there are no such protocols against the sellers to make sure the right product is delivered. Deeply disappointed, any help is appreciated
