I have ordered lunar pro connect smart watch from Boat website but they delivered wrong product with some normal local quartz company watch, I called the customer care as soon as I received the product they asked me to share the pictures,I shared all the pictures which they have asked ,I even stated that in the product that they have given contain * different order IDs. They said they will investigate and then inform me,but even after ** days I didn't got any update then I called them Back and then they said that they have investigated and found that correct product was delivered and they closed my case . Now they are not responding to my mail. I m faked by them ,very bad servicing,very disappointed by boat.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
