Ankita Paliwal filed complaint against zfashion on Feb 14, 2019
I have ordered a product form their website (which routed me to a whatsapp link) and received the product on Sunday (I.e., on **/**/****) and found out that the product was entirely different from what I had actually ordered. Since then I am trying to address my concern and initiate the return request to them but couldn't find any link on their website from where I could place the request.
Also, I tried reaching at the same WhatsApp number from Where I ordered the same and gave my shipping details but there is no response from there even. Please find my AWB number below :

I cross confirmed at the time of placing the order as well and the person told me that there is * days return policy and I am trying to reach them daily since the very first day but unable to connect. (PFA the screenshot of the same conversation)
Request you to kindly look Into this on priority basis .
