Meshow - Wrong product delivered

Hello!!
I think this was the right platform for my below concern..
I did placed an order through meesho then how i recieved the fake parcel with the same amount which i have ordered through meesho app..
I understood that product was not sent by meesho as you said but just let know how come they taken same amount which i have ordered through meesho and the same details which i have gave in meesho
Need clarification on this for sure.. the same amount and same detials which i have ordered through your application called meesho.. with the same detials i recieved the fake item and they have taken amount as well.. why i will ask delivery partner, i didn't ordered through delivery partner right . I have ordered through your app
