Meesho aap - Wrong product delivered

I placed order for * kg of Wondernut brand roasted cashew with black pepper and paid Rs. ***/- in advance. I get one *** gm jar full of third rated rice. When I make a complaint with photograph and request for replacement, my complaint summarily gets rejected without assigning any reason. When I request for return of the wrong product and refund of my money, I am informed that their courier partner does not provide service in my area. Therefore, their actual objective is to defraud me and not refund my amount of Rs. ***/-.
