Sareego Company - Wrong product delivered

We ordered saree from SareeGo.com. they sent wrong item. We requested for refund or exchange,but they are not responding at all. Kindly take a neccessary action ...Their phone is switched off and they are not at responding to the mails that I have been sending since Saturday afternoon with the photos of sarees. I have asked for a refund or if possible replacement because I have already paid ****.
