Revogue - Wrong Product Delivered

I had online ordered for a Mobile flip cover for Samsung A* Plus model. The payment method was Cash on Delivery. Someone from Revogue had contacted me for confirming the order. He had called up from ph no. **********.
On **th Nov'** I had received my Order vide No. ***** after paying off the cash amount of Rs.***/- to the courier. It is very very unfortunate that while opened the pack I found it is completely a different mobile cover. case. Even in the Tax invoice of the consignment it is clearly written the correct model number. However , after that I have tried to contact innumerable times in Both the number ie. ********** and ********** ( mentioned in invoice) but no-one picked it up. I have written * emails but no response has come. I feel it is a fraudulent service they offered. Now I want either the correct product to be replaced or money to be refunded to me .
