Ilife innovation - Wrong product delivered

I ordered ilife v*s pro robotic vaccum cleaner on Amazon on * August **** for Rs *****/-.
I was delivered 'wearable sports fans' from an address in Surat, items that I have never ordered.
Amazon customer service is refusing to replace the product since it is 'third party seller mistake'.
They are unable to provide contact details of the seller whose name is riddhipatel nor investigate the matter for this fraudulent transaction.
The contact seller tab keeps looping back to cistomer service messaging and mails to cs-reply@amazon.in gives an automated disclaimer.
I am now being advised to refund the amount of Rs *****/_ and buy the product again for Rs *****/- on Amazon.
Ilife company contacted me and they are unaware of this product id or seller details. Company requested that I should buy directly on their website for Rs ***** since many persons are cheated on Amazon.
No escalation points are being provided for resolution by Amazon customer service. .
