FENESTA - Wrong product delivered, project not completed

I am t p narasimha, residing at vidyut nagar, kakinada, A P – ******. I placed order for fenesta windows, French doors etc., with glasses as per Ref. No. Q******* with kakinada local dealer, mr. gouse basha on **-**-****. I received one lot around **-**-****, but the glasses are of different / inferior specifications. * mm thickness glasses received instead of * mm and * mm thickness glasses received instead of * mm & ** mm. It was really a shock to me that a reputed company like fenesta will send the glasses of different specifications without the notice/ intimation to the customer. I immediately brought this to the notice of Mr. basha & Mr. jagjeet(fenesta technician). Mr. basha said that due to non-availability of the required glass, these were sent by the company. Both assured to rectify this within a short period. But till date that was not done. Instead, in the second week of march, the remaining windows were received again with glasses of different specifications. Again they inform that the glasses with agreed specifications will be dispatched later on. Due to this, I will not be able to fix the window grills and occupy the house. Thus I am loosing around Rs.*****/- per month as rental income. Kindly look into the matter & arrange to fix the glasses with the correct specifications at the earliest. I'm here by enclosing the signed order form for your reference.
