I ordered a dress from the Instagram page: ethnicise_ worth ****, with a condition that I can return or exchange the dress in case of any issue. The mode of payment was COD and what I received was not what I ordered. It was of very bad quality and even defected. When I contacted the seller for a return, I got no response and no reply to my messages. Later I came to know that the page was a fraud and has cheated many customers. The seller keeps on changing the username of that page since it has many complaints against it. I have the invoice which I received with my package and screenshot of all the messages.
