Tushti International Private Limited - Wrong Product Delievered and Fake product sold

I ordered Oxymeter aNd Infrared Thermometer after a long time of waiting. received Oxymeter and N** Masks from the company and worst part was, oxymeyer wasnt even working as well. It was a faulty Oxymeter.
They are completely running a scam, not answering calls, not replying on whatsapp.
Not really sure what to do here.
