Presha Trading (gorock) - Wrong product delevered after cancellation

Dear sir,

I have perches a mobile from gorock.in (Presha Trading) on **th Jan'** model no Speria S* Pro Notch Smart Phone & Product ID : ***** when I realized that I have ordered a wrong product from some deferent site than & their I tried to make a call to their customer care @ ********** (was available on their site) to cancel my order I found that number was switched off. I mailed them at help@gorock.in but I didn't get any response, next day I also tried to reach out then at their customer care but entire day the number was switched off. I have called to paytm as well to seeking help but they were also failed to help me.

On *st feb'** I got my shipment by dotzot courier AWB no ************. in this consignment I received a Chinese Mobile (Giva) *nd hand phone instead of Speria S* Pro Notch Smart Phone, costing of the Chinese Mobile would be max *.*k. I am not getting any return/fefund option on the site. still its showing order in process. You may check from their site (#**********)

Again I mailed them with this concern but they are least bother to reply a single email.

Still i didn't used the product & I want to return the product to the seller & want my money back.

Moreover i have found in google that this company has done same things with many consumer, Please take strong action against this company.

Now I have doubt big about their office address, please trace with their GST number.
