Www.phoneskart.in - Wrong product deleivered fraud website

Hello team , I ordered a phone from www.phoneskart.com , I ordered a Speria pro* Notch smart phone , which is a *g volte phone and *gb ram phone with **gb internal memory phone a good featured phone for rs ****.**rs as per mention on their website , their was only active option of online payments , when I was selecting cash on deleivery that option was inactive , so I choasen the online payment option and got a discount of ****rs and made the payment of ****.**rs , after I ordered at the same time I did not received any sort of confirmation over an email or by text message from phoneskart so I was very doubtfull , I received the only confiramtion on their webpage saying that I will get my order deleivered in next *-* working days and received the email from the payment gateway which was from payU for the payment confirmation of the amount of ****.**rs , I made the booking on **th june **** which was friday , no communaication on saturday the next day , Then on sunday I received a call from a lady saying your order has been confirmed an it will deleivered in next *-* working days , then after that on the same day I received a message from the courier company with the tracking details , the name of the courier is (Pickrr) , the courier person came to my place on the same day which was sunday in evening , I was working at that time so brother received the deleivery after my confirmation over the call , I came back home late night , when I opened the package the phone box was very normal , cheap quality no company name or phone discription anything just saying (Smart Android Phone) that's it nothing at all was printed on the box or anything , no bill , no menu book nothing , when I opened the box it was just phone inside it with a local charger , I took the phone out it was small display display phone in brown colour a very cheap looking phone , blank phone , no company name is mention on the phone no model no. , nothing at all just a blank phone , I switched on the phone , no company name came up on the screen , it just came up with the screen saying welcome , I was very doubtfull so I went to one of the nearest mobile shop as I am not very technical kind of person , I bought a new * g sim as well for the new phone which costed me another ***rs , when the shopkeeper insert the sim and turned it on , no network were reflecting and when cheked the settings of the phone , he found the phone is *g not a *g , its a very basic phone , with a very bad camera , no internal memory , not the one at all the one that I ordered on the website , I went back to my home , tried to get login into my phoneskart online account to complaint them and asked to refund my money , they removed my online account access , everytime it is saying wrong password , I am trying to reset the password it is not even sending me the link for resetting the password I have tried multiple times its not working , I tried to contact their customer services , no contact no. Is metion on their website , I tried to send an email to their registered email I.d , but the email I.d is incorrect , it says email I.d does not exist , then I tried to check their details on the courier package , their it says (Vansh Gadgets , Okhala Industrial area , New Delhi , ****** , contact no. ********** ) , I tried calling on this no as well , this no. Also incorrect , then I thought of calling the no. The one from which I received the call from the lady confirming about the order , that number is ringing but no. Body is answering the call on that number I have tried calling that number multiple nobody is answering , I checked the details about this merchant , they have done fraud with many people , I found a lot of complaint about them online , now I am helpless , I have been fraud by these fraudsters , they are running a scam , fooling people and doing fraud with people , please help me to get my money back from them , I have got all the screen shots of my order and I have record of every thing , I will wait for your response .
