I ordered a boAt Rockerz *** (Black) headphones from Vlebaazar but when the package arrived, it was clear that it wasn't original, cause they gave me fake product with fake box. Even though they sent me duplicate product, they couldn't even manage to send a proper (new) product cause it was completely used, and torn. It was like they went to the store room and threw somthing random with a shoe box and just dispatched me. More or less, I tried to contact the customer support ** times, but they are scammers and didn't gave any appropriate response. They say they give hassle free Returns but first of all, their customer support is so bad, it takes **-** minutes just for my turn to confront them! It's been more than a month or something, and now I am completely aware they intentionally tried to scam me
