Luxury junction surat - Wrong product arrived

On the **th of may i ordered a shoe fro luxury junction- surat. The delivery arrived on **th may and I paid INR ****/-, after opening the package I saw they delivered the wrong product. I then informed them that the wrong product and was upset with that, but they ignored my text even though they were online. I called and my call was declined, then they told me to wait, few hours passed and they didnt reply so i texted again and they told they'll do an exchange but didnt mention any procedure for exchange. I texted today but still there is no reply from them.
I am a student and hardly make INR **** a month, therefore i just want a refund if they are not signing for an exchange.
