Liberty - Wrong product and return declined many times

I had ordered liberty toe flat but I received Library sport shoe.When I request for return they cancelled many times. again I complaint coustomer care they register my complain and they said your problem will resolved very soon don't worry. But they reject my request many times by saying we couldn't pickup today.
