Eloda - Wrong Producet received from M s Eloda onlin shopping

Self ordered a Smart watch through M/s Eloda online shopping worth of Rs.****/- order No.****** dt **/**/****, they have sent a worst watch on **/**/**** . which was not matched with ordered item. self make a return request on next day i.e **/**/****. till today they have not responding the mails and phone calls, they have not shared the address also for sent back the wrong item. as per their policy they have to replace the item or else they have to return the cash. till there is no response from M/s Eloda. their e-mail ID also not correct customer care number also not responding, please help to solve this issue.
