https arizonatoys in - Wrong prodcut sent and refusing to replace or refund and not picking up calls

I ordered adult category product from http://arizonatoys.in on *rd Feb. ****. with COD.
They have sent a wrong product. Its completely different from what is ordered in terms of price and model. I also have the mail which can be forwarded as needed and other details of the order will be attached separately.
And on calling them on the issue, they asked to send pictures of it, but later not responding to calls. I tried so many times but they don't pick up.
For testing I called from another no and they picked up and then came to know I was calling, cut the call.
Seems they are doing this for all and this is cheating, fraud and illegal business practices is going on under the covers for a long time.
Its high time they should be banned and accountable for this kind of practices.
They display on their website few expensive products, but never send them, instead replace them with cheap and different products. Thats how they making money, and margins.
The intention of this complaint, is I need to get the original product I ordered, and take back the product they sent. If not refund.Apart from that, they have to be punished and brought to the law. Iam willing to file a legal case against them and take it all the way.
