Bata - Wrong Procduct Received and Reverse Pickup is Not Done

I have order a product pricing Rs. **** and got product pricing Rs.***. I complained same day of delivery and they told me to send pictures of product in mail. I did same then they told me I will receive an email containing the address which I have to give the pickup guy at the time of reverse pickup. They also told me that reverse pickup will be in ** hours. But reverse pickup didn't happend. Then I have call more than ** time in last ** days but they didn't resolved anything and said you have to wait. They will not do anything. The guy from call center also told me that ''you can do everything you want but we can't do anything you have to wait''.
