TULIKA BORA filed complaint against Craze And Demand on Sep 5, 2019
I ordered a saree from this website few days back. when i received order, the product i got is completely different from the pictures showed on the website. Also the material is cheap and not worthy of the price i paid while what i ordered is a soft silk saree. When i tried to contact them for the matter they didn't reply to any of my messages. Their customer care no doesn't work and even their mail never gets delivered. The whole process seems like a total scam. I would like to return the product and get refunded. Kindly help.
