Dear Sir,
I had taken a personal loan in **** and settled in **** dated **th july as per NOC provided by them but bank has shown me a defaulter in thier records and to CIBIL, despite of several attempts at SBI bank , they kept reporting CIBIL about filing a legal case against me, i want to know why wrong information to CIBIL declaring me fraud when i am no where at fault. this has affecteded my i,mapge and creditworthiness hugely..regards Ranjit kumar **********
