Eshopper4u - Wrong parts inside the box

I ordered jbl xtreme * portable speaker with blue color. But i received red color Boomsbox mini with broken one side. When i register on their site the link went smoothly and then i received successful registration and order confirmation. But after receive the material i keep trying their website and phone number provided by the package is not at all working. Please help me to solve the issue.
