Wenzye care - Wrong parcel received and now company not returning

From Wenzye.com I ordered one suit **** rs,they delivered to me cheap product then in my own money ***rs i returned the product,then they send my money **** rs only in also there website wallet which totally waste..becoz you have to order or you lost money then i oreder unother product this time they send me totaly wrong product,i ask them to return it...they me that plz keep the product...what is sheet,its very harrasing for me...they treat costmer like hell,thats why i wanted to fill against them,its not matter of money its about froud.
