Wisewatch.in - Wrong parcel got delivered

I purchase bluetooth smart watches from wisewatches.in site on ** august **** for Rs ****. But when I when i got the parcel , It was not what I ordered . Parcel contain * fasttrack watches which is not even working properly. I tried to send complaint to the company site , but no reply. I want the refund and wanted to return back the package I got. Please kindly consider my request abd solve the issue .
